Depending on the Tracedoc service(s) that you are using we may also collect additional data required to fulfill the purpose of the service. The type of data collected in a service is described in the invitation you receive to the service.

We collect the data using web forms at tracedoc.com.

We collect your data so we can:

  • Identify you for login to your Tracedoc account
  • Deliver service(s) on the Tracedoc platform

How do we store your data?

Tracedoc uses Amazon Web Services to deliver Tracedoc services. Your data is stored in databases at AWS.


Sharing of data

Your data is not shared with any third party.


Use of Cookies

No cookies are used when you browse the web site without being logged in.

When you login to your account two cookies are needed for security reasons, to track your session and to authenticate you as a user.

You can set your browser not to accept cookies. You will be able to browse the Tracedoc web site, however, you cannot login to the service.


Marketing

Tracedoc does not use or share your data for any marketing purposes whatsoever.


Is my data secure with Tracedoc?

Security is a core principle of Tracedoc. Tracedoc implements information security in all aspects of the service including:

  • End to end encryption from your browser to our servers
  • Strong and encrypted passwords
  • Google Recaptcha V3 technology to prevent malicious use of web forms
  • Documents are encrypted both at rest and in transit
  • Firewalls, antivirus, and host security protecting Tracedoc servers
  • Best in class network and physical security and more at ISO-27001 certified AWS data centers
  • Information security management policies including access and audit logging, access rights management, and more


Your data protection rights

Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that any information you believe is inaccurate is rectified.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request erasure of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request transfer of the data to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Services provided by Customers to Tracedoc

The customer is providing a service to end users on the Tracedoc platform

Tracedoc is in this case a processor on behalf of the Tracedoc customer who is the controller. The legal basis to process personal data of Tracedoc users is the necessity to provide the services under the Agreement between Tracedoc and the Tracedoc customer.
